Synopsis: Set in the Tang dynasty, the story revolves around a group of mysterious Turks who have infiltrated the city. aS the head of Chang’an’s anti-terror department, Li Mi is tasked with the investigation. He believes Zhang Xiao Jing, a former Imperial army officer turned constable who is currently in prison, is the only person who can solve the mystery. After Zhang Xiao Jing is set free, he starts to assist Li Mi with the investigation. His familiarity with the city’s alleyways and the habits of the Turks leads him to the conclusion that their ultimate goal is to create havoc during the Lantern Festival.
