The Forbidden Marriage (2022)
Lee Heon is the king of Joseon. When he was crown prince, his beloved wife died. But even after 7 years, he cannot get over her death. During these years, the royal family and members of the government tried to get the king remarried, but without success. The country has also enacted the Geumhonryun Ordinance, which prohibits all unmarried women from marrying until the king marries. People are outraged by the ban on marriage. One day, a woman named Ye Seo Ran, in order to get out of prison, claims that the spirit of the late queen has moved into her body, and appears before the king. Her lies grow larger and bolder over time.
